Colors

So I was really high in meds yesterday. I finally went to see the doctor and bought some art supplies for school. Hopefully this time the wire is what the teacher want otherwise... Well I'm hoping it's the correct one since I got the pic and also that the teacher won't change his mind again saying the wire is too thick or thin. Anyways back on topic! Since yesterday I couldn't take any interesting pics, today I decided to try out the new marker that I bought.

So a little info on why I suddenly wanted to buy this particular Copic marker. The colour Lapis Lazuli is a very rare colour. From what I once read, there were only few artists who could get this colour and they don't share the knowledge on how to create this particular colour. It's hard to get this correct shade due to the fact that it cannot be too light or dark but just at the right tone.
So yesterday when my mom was queuing
for me while I checked and review that I had everything, I came across the marker section and decided that there was no harm in looking at the many different shades of blue, since well... Blue is my favourite colour. There were a lot and when I finally decided not to fool around that section too much, due to the fact that the price of one of the marker is so expensive depending on what shape the marker is and the refilled aren't cheap too, I spotted this particular colour of blue. I loved this shade a lot and when I read the name of this blue, I picked it up and tried it on a piece of paper. I really had a serious debate on whether to buy this marker or not. Finally I decided why the heck not and proceeded to find my mom at the queue and this is where we are now today on Sunday.

I'm really glad I got it though cause my luck with stuff that I really want comes once in a blue moon. If I see something, could be anything really, and I don't buy it within that period of time that the store has it, I would not be able to find it again or maybe another few years or even not being sold anymore! It's frustrating sometimes.

That's all about my rambling today than. Hopefully my wires are correct, even though I tripled checked it and cross referenced it to the pic, I know excessive but I don't want to waste lots of money on the wires which would most likely be used for this one lesson and to never be used again! I have a whole rim of wires at home that is too thin for my teacher 😭

Here is me signing off~

Oh and I've been wanting to try to put some meaningful quotes so I'll try to put one in every post I publish. Here's one for today:

“She treats you the way she wishes someone would treat her. So please don’t be annoyed if she keeps asking if you’re alright. It’s just because no one ever asked her.”
